These clocks are modelled on the original and then reproduced on either tin or wood, they have a small battery to the rear, the majority are of French origin but there are also others from Scandanavia and the UK.
Prices range from £19 for the small childrens clocks to £49 for the large dial, some of the clocks have moving second hands and ticking pendulums.
These are a great alternative to the original faces that we have from time to time but they are often expensive to repair and difficult to get the right parts for the works.
